In 2013 Ghelamco delivered almost 60 000 sqm in T-Mobile Office Park (40 000 sqm) and Łopuszańska Business Park (17 000 sqm) rented by Alior and Allianz. It also sold Senator and Mokotów Nova for the combined sum of. €241 m. The company currently develops its flagship project – Warsaw Spire (100 000 sqm, Warsaw), the biggest office complex under construction in Europe. The project received bank financing of nearly 904 000 000 PLN – a record in the history of Polish real estate market. Ghelamco is the only developer in Central-Eastern Europe which has 7 BREEAM certificates for delivered office buildings, including Poland’s first at “Excellent” level – T-Mobile Office Park. The company partners in EU Commission’s “GreenBuilding Programme” with 4 investments already added to the partnership. |
