Prague: Qubix 4 Praha, a 13,000 sqm office and retail project completed in Q2 2012 and 70 pct leased. The building is LEED Gold pre-certified. Bucharest: Magheru One, 4,000 sqm of modern office and retail space revitalised by S+B Gruppe using sustainable methods. Completion, Q4 2012. Vienna: Marxbox, a 12,000 sqm laboratory and office building, completed in 2012. Leased to biotechnology companies and sold to Wüstenrot insurance. Green Worx: 30,000 sqm of office and hotel space, completion date Q4 2012. The first project in Austria certified with LEED Platinum.
