Brief information about the project: |
The ‘D3’ building totalling 18,500 sqm, plus an additional 7,000 sqm extension leased to one customer, is the only 100 pct speculative facility built on the market since 2009 that is fully leased. The location is excellent for the customer’s own groupage distribution system, allowing it to deliver goods across the country within 24 hours. It is designed to minimise electricity consumption and reduce waste, thus generating savings for the tenants. Solutions include sensor-based lighting control, track lighting, energy-saving T5 tubes and low-hanging wide-angle light fittings. It is in the process of applying for BREEAM certification. A seven-year lease has been signed – the largest industrial lease in a core market.
