PBP is being constructed on ul. Poleczki (Ursynów disctrict), 3 km away from the Frederic Chopin Airport, in the proximity to new expressway projects S2 and S79 and has four public bus stops directly near the project (providing connections with ul. Puławska Street and metro stations). A private shuttle bus runs between the complex and the Imielin Metro Station. A second line is planned for shuttling to the SKM fast train station at the Okęcie Airport from December 2012. Construction of the 2nd phase started in January 2011 and was ready for operation in June 2012. It comprised two three-storey class ‘A’ office buildings with a total area of over 21 000 sqm (8,500 sqm in ‘B1’ and 12,700 sqm in ‘C1’). Among the tenants are: Tetra Pak, Astellas Pharma, PKE Polska, ILF Conculting Services and FOSS Polska. The second phase is LEED CS Gold pre-certified
