The C&W’s Industrial & Logistics Agency comprises around 20 people with long-standing experience in the warehouse market. The team offers 360-degree services, supporting clients at every stage of the real estate process, including land acquisition, leasing, renegotiations, and industrial-logistics property buying/selling processes. C&W provides build-to-suit (BTS) and built-to-own (BTO) warehouses that are custom-made according to the client's specific requirements. C&W works with companies representing various sectors: logistics, 3PL, manufacturing, automotive, retail, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, FMCG, courier, construction, distribution, and medical. The company's activities cover such voivodeships as Mazowieckie, Śląskie, Dolnośląskie, Łódzkie, Kujawsko-pomorskie, Pomorskie, Lubelskie, Podkarpackie, Zachodniopomorskie, Wielkopolskie, Małopolskie.
