Projects in progress
We have started the development process of MDC2 Park Gdańsk East, located 15 km from Gdańsk city centre. The project offers a total space of 84,000 sqm under one roof, and the start of construction is dependent on signing a pre-lease agreement.

Projects in the pipeline
Our project pipeline includes the development of over 1,000,000 sqm of logistics and production space throughout Poland over the next 2-3 years. Our future projects will be located in major logistiscs hubs in Poland including Warsaw, Central Poland, Upper Silesia, Kraków region, Tricity and Western Poland.
