In autumn 2024 Panattoni finalized the sale of City Logistics Warsaw IV, a state-of-the-art urban logistics complex with a total area of 39,000 sqm, located just 11 km from Warsaw city centre. It comprises two modern buildings, fully tailored to the growing demand for last-mile logistics and light production in metropolitan areas. The park is home to six tenants, including:
• a global manufacturer of advanced electronic solutions for the industrial sector, occupying the 22,400 sqm anchor facility and serving clients in the USA, Japan, Korea, and China,
• a global provider of ventilation and drive technologies,
• and a Polish producer of electric bicycles, which leased 4,200 sqm for combined production and warehousing.
The location ensures excellent connectivity, situated near the E67 route and supported by intermodal infrastructure including a nearby cargo rail terminal. The complex achieved BREEAM Excellent certification, providing lower operational costs for tenants.
