City Point Targówek – Hall C2 is part of the largest urban brownfield logistics redevelopment in Central and Eastern Europe, transforming a 23-hectare post-industrial site in Warsaw into a next-generation, sustainable logistics hub. Developed by Peakside Capital Advisors and Partners Group, the 25,000 sqm Hall C2 continues the phased regeneration of the 100,000 sqm City Point Targówek park, combining advanced ESG solutions, operational efficiency, and tenant wellbeing.
