Dmytro re-joined JLL in summer 2022, currently heading JLL Capital Markets team for Poland. Dmytro has previously being Head of JLL Ukraine and Business Development Director for JLL CIS. Dmytro actively managed and oversaw all transactions being concluded by the Capital Markets team. Due to his managerial excellence, not only he delivered to clients on agreed milestones but also supported individual sector teams with his real estate acumen, navigating transaction road blocks efficiently.

As JLL Living, we advised Develia on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Polish companies belonging to Nexity. JLL was involved in the transaction as a commercial advisor on the buyer's side. The value of the transaction is approximately EUR 100 million. The preliminary agreement was concluded in Q2 2023. Nexity conducted development activities on 3 local markets, in terms of space under construction: approximately 65% of activity was in Warsaw, 25% in Kraków and 10% in Poznań.
