Panattoni has sold Wrocław Campus, a 185,000 sqm Logistics Park to P3 Logistic Parks, and sale of this facility confirmed the continued interest of institutional investors in industrial and logistics property.
Sold part of Wroclaw Campus comprised four buildings. It’s situated one of the most established logistics zones in CEE and Western Europe with more than 350 logistics parks comprising 20 million sqm. Wroclaw Campus has a ‘BREEAM Excellent’ sustainability certification. Tenants include ID Logistics, Korean logistics operator Unico Logistics, GEIS, LX Pantos and automotive cable manufacturer Leoni. Currently the number of workplaces provided within the investment account for ca. 600 employees. |

The transaction value was EUR 140 mln, and it was the biggest deal at CEE industrial real estate market this year. It was also the most valuable transaction on the Polish real estate market without division – twice more valuable the second one (from the office segment). Addiotionaly Wrocław Campus is the biggest project of Panattoni in Lower Silesia Region and one of the most important in CEE region at all.
