The fourth building in Prologis Park Wrocław III offers a range of amenities for employees as part of its PARKLife™ programme, including rest areas for tenants, barbecue shelters and even an outdoor BookBox library. Is built to suit the needs of future customers. It has a clear warehouse height of 12 m, reinforced floor bearing capacity and increased insulation of the hall walls and roof. Like all newly constructed Prologis buildings, it has undergone BREEAM accreditation. For greater safety and employee well-being, the warehouse and office areas are illuminated with a top-quality LED system. Motion sensors can be programmed according to the customer's needs and guidelines, thus reducing lighting costs. The building is equipped with skylights and window panels in the façade, which will provide up to 12.5% natural light. The building is equipped with photovoltaic panels and solar panels.
