The Industrial & Warehouse Department at Newmark Polska is a highly specialized group of 18 experts who have spent the majority of their careers in the industrial and logistics space arena. In the surveyed period we finalized major warehouse and industrial transactions in Poland for logistics, production, automotive and e-commerce clients (list of transactions below) despite many market challenges and global volatility. We concentrate on the occupier, we take responsibility in the advice we provide and do so with total engagement, constructive dialogue, transparency and trust. We provide a full range of technical services and market knowledge, such as leasing of industrial and warehouse space, renegotiation of contracts, build-to-suit (BTS) and build-to-own (BTO) projects, and acquisitions and sales of investment lands.

Our ambition is to be the dominant firm in the industrial and warehouse space arena, representing occupiers and supporting their plans in all aspects relating to the acquisition of a new production and warehouse facility.
