The key model of Zeitgeist is leasing and managing the assets. We acquire properties and land, develop them into future-proof assets and transfer them into long-term hold portfolios. Through our investments in operating companies such as ZEITRAUM (operator for student houses and serviced flats) and ZEITSROM (smart energy solutions), we can also manage operations. In addition, ZEITGEIST shareholders have invested in the timber modules construction company TIMPLA.

Living, working, revitalizing: we specialize in sustainable value creation for private and institutional investors. From residential to offices and commercial premises - ZEITGEIST develops state-of-the-art working environments. We revitalize inner-city brownfields and transform them into livable neighborhoods with a diverse mix of housing, green spaces, commerce, retail, restaurants and culture. We always start with the desired outcome: What do we want to achieve - and by what means? From this we derive our strategy, which we implement step by step and review regularly.
