Concise project description with its key market advantages
The GLP state-of-the-art facility allows for efficient distribution within the Wroclaw urban area, and throughout Poland or to neighboring countries. This strategic hub is currently used by leading e-commerce businesses, including SHEIN and CEVA.
The 12-metre buildings meet the BREEAM Very Good guidelines and are fitted with energy-saving solutions such as smart metering, DALI-controlled lighting, increased number of skylights, as well as LED lighting around the buildings. PV panels can be installed on the roofs upon request (as already done by one of the users). GLP’s project is also notable for its biologically diverse surroundings: green areas and relaxation zones for employees, as well as for its infrastructure for e-vehicles and bikes. With its prime location (including new road solutions in the area financed by GLP), cutting-edge logistics infrastructure, and commitment to sustainability, the park plays a pivotal role in supporting tenants and the region's growth. |
