With 670,000 sqm delivered so far, office real estate constitutes a strong pillar of Echo Investment's business. In 2022, Echo delivered new office buildings with a total area of 104,000 sqm. Last year, it rented nearly 45,000 sqm, and its fit-out team handed over workspaces totaling more than 65,000 sqm for such clients as PepsiCo, CodeLab, 3M, PwC or Fujitsu. The total value of sale transactions in 2022 amounted to EUR 318 million, and 2023 started with the sale of Moje Miejsce II in Warsaw for another EUR 45 million. In 2023, Echo started the construction of the first office buildings within a multifunctional destination project at Towarowa Street in Warsaw. Echo Investment remains among the rental leaders in regional cities. In H1 2023, the company signed, among others, lease agreements covering nearly 10,000 sqm of space in the React building in Łódź (100% let). New or extended contracts were also signed in Katowice and Wrocław, e.g. with Deloitte, Medicover and ASB Poland.

The investment cements Nrep's position in Poland and Czechia by increasing the size of its European warehouse portfolio to 4.2 million sq. m. of existing space and that in the pipeline. 2. PRS - Nrep completed 4 PRS transactions, adding to its PRS portfolio ~1,000 units via "Lett" rental apartments and "NOLi Studios" co-living. Each of the assets prioritizes sustainability, employing innovative solutions such as low-carbon building materials or geothermal heating to reduce their carbon footprint.

1. Panattoni surpassed 20.5 million sq. m. of industrial space delivered in Europe, winning Top Logistics Developers ranking for the seventh consecutive year. 2. In Poland, the developer has already completed approx. 14 million, covering almost half of the domestic volume. 3. Panattoni has sold a Wrocław Campus, a 185000 sqm Logistis Park. It was the biggest transaction on the CEE industrial real estate market this year. 4. The company has obtained BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level for two developments, which are currently the only industrial facilities in Poland certified at this level. The facility will provide 24,000 sqm and it will be one of the biggest Trei’s retail park. • In 2023 Trei has joined the Polish Council of Shopping Centers and Managing Director has joined the PRCH board. It was another developers’ step to strengthen the position and interests of small retail formats in Poland. • In 2029 Trei launched the first annual retail park and convenience centers market summary in Poland. 2023 edition was released with JLL. • One of the first retail park developers to implement sustainable solutions such as photovoltaic systems, green roof. There is a lack of everything: doctors and properly equipped places where the children could find help.  At 7R, we believe that everyone has the right to the best possible care. We decided to support the Oddział Psychiatryczny dla Dzieci i Młodzieży Szpitala Klinicznego im. dr. Józefa Babińskiego w Krakowie. 7R equipped the ward with furniture, garden furniture, electronic equipment, kitchen appliances, writing materials, and many other items that are essential for its functioning.
