Joanna Wojnarowska, partner, heads the Real Estate team at DWF Poland and is Global Head of Housing. In May 2021, Joanna assumed the position of Deputy Global Head of Real Estate at DWF LLP.

Participation in property sales and acquisitions between October 2020 and June 2022
1. Eiffage Immobilier – advised on the sale (forward sale with forward funding) of two built-to-rent residential projects in Warsaw, to be developed with ca. 640 apartments for rent, to Heimstaden Bostad.
2. Zeitgeist Asset Management – comprehensive advisory of development of portfolio of projects in Poland since the opening of operations in Poland by ZAM, including, recently:
advised on the transaction consisting in acquisition of operating student house located in Kraków from Unibase;
advised on the transaction consisting in acquisition of residential project consisting in four residential buildings in Gdansk in the forward purchase with forward funding formula.
3. Aberdeen Standard Investments – advised on the successful acquisition of a logistics warehouse in Łódź from the Panattoni Group.
4. Budimex / Spravia – advised Spravia Sp. z o. o. – being the investor in the case at hand - in drafting a construction agreement with a general contractor.
