• Adventum Group on the acquisition of the Sky Tower - office building in Wroclaw (the tallest building in Poland outside of Warsaw).
• Griffin Group on several transactions (logistic, residential, student housing) and current tax matters.
• White Stone group on the acquisition of over 100 plots of land located in Warsaw's Bielany. A complicated and multi-stage project that required an innovative approach due to the non-standard number of sellers and buyers and the need to analyze the status and ownership of each of over 100 plots.
• Ghelamco's investment in Warsaw Hub, one of the largest investments in Poland in 2020.
• Crestyl and Cornerstone Partners on the acquisition of Budimex Nieruchomości.
