• the closed-end fund and private owners of Buma on the sale of 100% of its residential development portfolio to Dom Development
• PPF Real Estate Holding, an international investment group, on the due diligence, acquisition and financing of the New City office park in Warsaw from Hines
• Blackstone on acquisition of the warehouse portfolio
• Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of 7R Park Gdańsk II logistics park

• Polskie LNG in the process of the expansion of the LNG terminal in Świnoujście, which consists of the following elements: additional regasification installations, a third LNG storage tank, LNG-to-Rail trans-shipment installation, and a second jetty
• Capital Park on the ArtN office-retail scheme in the centre of Warsaw including the redevelopment of the former Norblin factory
• one of the largest financial institutions in the CEE region and a top three universal bank in Poland, on the ca. €100 million financing of the acquisition and redevelopment, by three SPVs, of three logistics centres
• DCT Gdańsk on extension and financing of Gdańsk Deepwater Container Terminal
• ING Business Shared Services B.V., a tenant, in the negotiations of the lease of a 16,600 square metre space in the multi-purpose Global Office Park complex in Katowice for its new headquarters
