Bartłomiej Hofman

Bartłomiej Hofman has been Managing Director of P3 in Poland since May 2018. He has 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Hofman is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and a graduate of the University of Warsaw, where he obtained a master's degree at the Institute of International Relations. He has also completed post-graduate studies in property valuation and real estate brokerage.

In 2020, P3 handed over a new central warehouse for PepsiCo in Mszczonów. The area of the facility is in excess of 58,000 m2 which enables storing about 60,000 pallets at any one time. The volume of the warehouse allows to fill the building with 2 billion cans of the brand's flagship drink. It is the largest warehouse of the PepsiCo’s distribution network but also the largest facility of this type completed in Poland in Q1 2020. P3 has adapted the building to the client's needs and its logistics operations. In this period P3 also has developed nearly 17,300 sqm of warehouse and office space for InPost in the P3 Mszczonów park. The facility serves as a cross docking center for InPost branches throughout the country and a sorting center for the key region of Warsaw. It is another joint project of P3 and InPost within the recent months. The end of the last year saw the completion of the 3109 sqm expansion of the operator’s main sorting facility on the premises of the P3 Piotrków park.

Six buildings, with a total area of over 200,000 sqm in Mszczonów. It was one of the largest transactions in Poland’s logistics sector this year. Situated south-west of Warsaw, the Mszczonów warehouses are well served by expressways and motorways connecting the Polish capital to Berlin.

In September 2020 P3 has started the development of the second phase of the P3 Poznań logistic park. The first two buildings will offer more than 23,000 sqm of total lease space. As much as 80% of their available space is already contracted for lease. Both new buildings will be used as storage space by customers who are already present in other P3 locations in Poland. The first one of them is Green Factory Logistics, focused on cold chain logistics, which is going to occupy 5,507 sqm. The second warehouse, covering 12,820 sqm, is leased in 100%. It is being developed as a cross-dock for one of the largest Polish logistic operators and will be fully adapted to the customer’s needs. In Phase 2 of the development, the developer is permitted to build 200,000 sqm of modern storage space.

Since October last year, P3's portfolio in Poland has grown by more than 175,000 sqm both through the handing over new facilities and the acquisition of the pan-European Maximus portfolio, which also includes six properties in Poland. The transaction involved the purchase of properties of over 1 million sqm located in key logistics hubs in countries such as Germany, Poland, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria. Also, P3's recent developments in Poland include the largest warehouse in PepsiCo's distribution network at P3 Mszczonów with 58,000 sqm - the largest facility of its kind to be delivered in Poland in Q1 2020. In the same location, a new 17,300 sqm cross-dock center for InPost was delivered in September. Moreover, in September, P3 started the development of the second phase of P3 Poznan Park, which may provide up to 200,000 sqm of modern space.
