Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team offers a great balance of brokerage and advisory services for its clients which during the Oct 2019 – Sep 2020 period has resulted in an undisputed market leader position in the field of industrial / logistics transactions, bringing entirely new capital into the CEE region through the landmark transaction of the Goodman Platform on behalf of GLP, and identifying an additional shareholder, Madison Realty, to the ELI Logistics Platform owned by Redefine and Griffin RE. Cushman & Wakefield was instrumental in advising WING on its acquisition of controlling stake in Echo Investment, the largest Polish developer, and also managed to bring Aberdeen-Standard Investments back into the Polish real estate market through several logistics acquisitions starting from Q4 2019. Total value of transactions facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield during this period was EUR 2.33 bn.
