Wojciech is a qualified legal advisor, a partner and head of the RE & Construction team in Poland. He has been advising domestic and international investors in relation to the development, purchase, sale and lease of commercial properties since 1999. He has advised on a number of significant real estate, corporate and financing transactions in Poland, including the acquisitions and disposals of office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and logistics centers.

- REInvest Asset Management on the sale of the PAR Tower office building in Warsaw and its conversion into a hostel to be acquired by hotel owner and operator A&O;
- Commerzbank AG on the sale of the Zielony Targówek shopping centre to the Catalyst Investment Fund;
- PGIM Real Estate on the sale of the K1 office building in Kraków;
- Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC on the acquisition of a logistics warehouse in Krakow from global real estate developers Panattoni Development Co and Marvipol;
- Aberdeen Standard on the acquisition of Panattoni Europe Park Janki II Logistics Park, near Warsaw;
- Corum Asset Management on its first investment in Poland – the acquisition of Castorama DIY store in Poznań;
- Commerzbank AG on the sale of Skyfall Rondo in Kraków to a company within Globalworth Poland Real Estate group;
- Panattoni and Marvipol on the sale of two projects developed by Panattoni in cooperation with Marvipol. Project located in Warsaw and Łódź.
Participation in development projects between October 2018 and September 2019
- Advising Panattoni on development and relations with the investors for nearly 10 logistics projects in Poland with a total GLA exceeding 300,000 sqm;
- Advising Motel One on its entry into Poland and on the development of hotels, including a hotel at Tamka Street in the centre of Warsaw being developed by Strabag Sp. z o.o. and Strabag AG;
- Advising an international property investment and development company on a lease and redevelopment of the Logistic Park near Poznań with a total GLA of approximately 34000 sqm toH&M, where H&M is to commence its e-commerce operations;
- Providing legal advice to Alkyon Partners in relation to an investment project regarding a private dormitory developed by Alkyon Partners in Kraków - investment with cooperation with IC Campus;
- Advising one of the leading international logistics providers on the development of logistics center near A2 Motorway in Poland.
