She leads investment projects in Poland and Central Europe from the decision and the choice of optimal legal form of investment through ongoing advice, to exit from the investment. She has carried out projects: the sale of shares in companies being the owners of the property, the preparation and introduction on the Stock Exchange of companies, the creation of investment funds investing in real estate.

Major projects on the real estate market between October 2018 and September 2019
1. MDDP participated in purchase of 90% of shares in the indirect holder of the Polish companies owning private dormitories in Poland. Our advisory comprised of preparation of the platform for sale (corporate and financing restructuring), vendor due diligence and transactional advisory.
2. MDDP was engaged in provision of comprehensive tax and financial advisory in relation to deal comprising of acquisition of 100% shares in the companies, owning and running high-standard hotel in Warsaw.
3. Advisory in the sale of an office property. MDDP prepared corporate structure for the transaction, structuring of the sale of the company, vendor due diligence, transactional advisory and post-transactional support.
4. Transactional advisory with respect to second tranche of sale of shares in four real estate companies, including settlement of loans and application for WHT refund on the interest accrued before the transaction.
