• CBRE GI on the sale of the Wars Sawa Junior Shopping Centre in Warsaw to Atrium Real Estate for over EUR 300m, on behalf of the Property Fund Central and Eastern Europe
• Blackstone on the acquisition of the so-called Gemini logistics portfolio from Hines for over EUR 140m
• Blackstone on the sale of a portfolio of warehouses in Poland (including buildings leased to Amazon) to Mirae
• EPF on the acquisition of Gdański Business Center through the acquisition of several target companies, for over EUR 200m
• ECE and Resolution in connection with the financing for the Avenida shopping centre
• mBank Hipoteczny and mBank in connection with the syndicated financing of the development of two office buildings in Warsaw known as Wola Retro

• GGH on the construction of the Mennica Legacy Towers in Warsaw, a class "A" office development in the centre of Warsaw
• Polskie LNG S.A. on an approx. EUR 700 million project aimed at developing the first LNG Terminal in Świnoujście, which will enable the off-take of natural gas in order to increase the energy security of Poland
