The success of Adgar Park West and its new life, and above all the reward from the tenants in 2017. Modernization of Adgar BIT office building, which returned to the market in September 2018.
Developing Brain Embassy and BeYOURSeLF concepts in Warsaw (at this moment there are 3 locations of Brain Embassy and 3 locations of BeYOURSeLF in Warsaw, soon will be the fourth).
Brain Embassy and BeYOURSeLF (office lease concepts made in Poland) will be soon implemented (in 2019) in Israel, Belgium and Canada.
Making tenants satisfied with the conditions in Adgar buildings. Adgar Poland as the first firm in the Polish market to have all of its portfolio real estate receive LEED certification at the Gold level for the existing buildings. Out of 19 properties rated Gold on the LEED scale in Poland so far, 8 are office buildings owned by Adgar.

We bring fresh ideas like Kindergarten, Conference Centre, Bikes, “no fence” policy, BE, BeYS and more, and each time we considered as weird but then we are being copied.
