Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP) is an exceptional example of investor sensitive to the environment of projects it’s developing. KSP takes into account both urban and architectural as well as socio-cultural context of every project and adjusts it accordingly to fit the space. This is why KSP is strategically involved in a major project for the revitalization of Warsaw's Plac Trzech Krzyży, which ultimate goal is to revive this centrally located place. Great example of such action was organization of unique concert inaugurating the jubilee 60th edition of Jazz Jamboree festival in September 2018. It was the first open-air music event on this square since 60’s of XX century that gathered few thousands Warsaw's citizens and tourists to see Leszek Możdżer and Peter Cincotti. Apart from that, KSP promotes art - starting last autumn, a series of photography, graphics, fashion and paintings exhibitions took place in ETHOS.
