Hadley Dean has more than 20 years of real estate experience. He joined EPP in June 2016. Owing to his bold decisions and strategic thinking, in less than 3 years since its set up, EPP has become the largest and most successful retail real estate company operating in Poland. Prior to EPP, Hadley Dean served as a Managing Partner at Colliers International. Responsible for Colliers’ Eastern Europe region, he managed business across 12 countries, 16 offices, and more than 750 employees.

Key projects your company worked on between October 2017 and September 2018
The most important project EPP worked on between October 2017 and September 2018 was Galeria Młociny, a 82,122 sqm mixed-use centre situated in a prime location in Warsaw Bielany district, co-developed with Echo Investment. The project which is scheduled to open in Spring 2019 will combine 220 shops and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district. Galeria Młociny is EPP’s first investment in Warsaw.
Moreover, EPP is constantly working on maximising existing assets and strengthening their competitive position through extensions and refurbishments. With the recently acquired first tranche of M1 portfolio which potential to increase the GLA amounts to 8-10% EPP is focused on further enhancing the food court areas across the portfolio in order to create engaging, ambient food hall concepts.

EPP manages a retail portfolio of 15 locally dominant shopping centers situated throughout Poland and totaling collectively 489,680 sqm GLA: Galeria Echo in Kielce, Galaxy in Szczecin, Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław, King Cross Marcelin in Poznań, Galeria Amber in Kalisz, Galeria Sudecka in Jelenia Góra, Park Handlowy Zakopiańska in Kraków, Wzorcownia in Włocławek, Galeria Solna in Inowrocław, Galeria Twierdza in Kłodzko, Twierdza in Zamość, Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów, Galeria Veneda in Łomża, Outlet Park Szczecin and Centrum Echo Przemyśl.
With a delivery of Galeria Młociny in Spring 2019 the company’s portfolio under management will grow by another 82,122 sqm.
Moreover, in April 2024, once the master lease from Metro AG expires, the portfolio managed by EPP will increase by further 446,500 sqm of retail space located in 12 retail properties acquired by the company within the M1 portfolio.
