Tadeusz has been associated with Gleeds Group for almost 25 years. He is a member of RICS ( Project Management) and a holder of License to supervise construction works. During his over 30 years of career he gained wide experience being involved in design, construction and management of high-profile projects. Currently, he manages the winning team of over 120 professionals helping our clients in their investment and development activities across sectors and borders.

• CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY - we participate in the Knowledge – Innovation – Realisation, Students Start program (Warsaw University of Technology in association with EU) - we have declared the admission of 10 students within 12 months for their internships in Gleeds Polska
In addition to the above, we constantly take part or support charity initiative:
• “Szlachetna Paczka” project that enables our team to get together before the Christmas. An initiative to take part in the project was bottom-up. Our employees donate their money, pick out the families in need from the list prepared by the Organizer and go shopping to buy things from the list of wishes. Last year we helped 3 families in need, providing for example rehabilitation equipment, food, medical supplies, household items and some of more personal gifts – like harmonica for a man who used to play music but could not afford it. This is an annual event for us, we meet in pre-Christmas time to pack the gifts all together, as a Gleeds team. We will do it this year, too.
• Charity Runs as Business Run or Run for Everest Foundation – our team knows that sound mind in a sound body. We are happy to combine sport, competition and charity so we have teams from Warsaw and Wrocław that take part in these charity runs every year.
• Volleyball Charity Tournament – we have got our volleyball team that have started to practice a couple of months ago, so we decided to try our hand at the charity tournament. All the registration fees and auction money were donated to the Association of Parents and Friends of the Blind and Visually Impaired Children "Tęcza".
• Our direct support to Children’s House no. 16 in Warsaw – we donate money and gifts for children living in the house, for Easter and Christmas.
