The business outlook for the warehouse - logistics market in Bydgoszcz is very positive. The Polish market has a big potential for further growth. The falling unemployment rate may boost development of new warehouse locations due to better availability of workforce there. There is no sign to slow down. This is the reason why investors decided to the further develop warehouse-logistic market in Bydgoszcz. In the near future investors plan to construct over 193 000 sqm of modern warehouse parks build up to the highest standard. Bydgoszcz opens itself to investors by ensuring good investment conditions through: - creation, on the basis of the Investor Assistance and Entrepreneurship Office, of the Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency in 2013 – a dedicated entity the purpose of which is to provide services and support to Investors, - ensuring appropriate infrastructure for industrial investments – creation of the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park in 2007 – 280 ha of fully equipped area covered with the Local Zoning Plan, - including other areas of the city in the Local Zoning Plan tailored to the needs of investors, - availability of over 150 ha of investment areas included in the Special Economic Zone, - resolution on exemption from property tax, - access to - smooth performance of administrative procedures – building permits are granted in approx. 45 days, - execution of infrastructure projects, e.g. roads and bridges.
