DESCRIPTION OF THE ENTRY INTO THE POLISH MARKET
Since the beginning of ShareSpace’s entry onto the market (mid2017), the scale of cooperation with providers of coworking spaces and serviced offices has been increasing by an average of 20% MtM. Currently ShareSpace cooperates with almost 100% of space operators present on the Polish market.
Thanks to offering unique and innovative tools, ShareSpace guarantees an unrivalled service for our partners and clients. New software features are added to the platform every month, moving ShareSpace further out of sight from any competition.
In September 2017, ShareSpace signed a strategic partnership with Cushman & Wakefield. The aim of the partnership was to introduce C&W to new technologies whilst introducing ShareSpace to the world of corporate clients. The partnership has turned out to be extremely fruitful and is in the process of being replicated abroad.
THE ORIGINS OF THE COMPANY AND HOW IT STARTED OUT
During their time abroad, the founders were introduced to the phenomenon of coworking. It became clear to them that coworking spaces were more than just a trend, and will become a staple of the office sector. After their return to Poland they struggled to find such spaces online, and even after finding them they found the lease process tedious. And idea for ShareSpace was born: a platform easing the search and rental of coworking and services offices.

ShareSpace creates unique technological tools on a global scale that allow tenants to shorten the lease process by over 80%, saving costs and unnecessary administration. ShareSpace is changing the way people search and lease office spaces.
As technology and people go hand-in-hand, ShareSpace also represents tenants at every step of the process, from shortlisting, through price negotiations to signing the contract. Thanks to their unrivalled market insights, ShareSpace knows how to represent the best interest of tenants.

Furthermore after proving our concept in Poland, and dominating the market within just 1,5 years, ShareSpace is undertaking a pan-European expansion move, having signed agreements with majority of providers across Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia– preparing for the launch of out platform in those regions at the beginning of 2019.
