The competition for the architectural project was organized with the Polish Association of Architects (SARP) in 2012. The aim of the competition was to find high-quality and contemporary architecture for the new buildings, which give the cityscape of Świnoujście a modern and fresh touch. The hotel is the highest building in the spa zone of the city. A pier will crown the complex and prolong the promenade to the beach.
