Cresa Poland has been established and led by Piotr Kaszyński, Managing Partner. He brings 21 years of experience in the real estate advisory business. His creative passion and competitive drive, as well as the unique team of highly experienced professionals he has put together, has created a business approach that is integrated, objective, and conflict-free. Piotr has previously served as the EMEA Equity Partner, Head of Retail, and Head of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield.

Cresa offers clients customized solutions worldwide through more than 60 global offices. In addition to providing commercial real estate advisory services in Poland, Cresa Poland cooperates with Cresa offices in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia. The EMEA region is covered by offices in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Hungary to satisfy clients’ business requirements.

In May 2017, Piotr Kaszyński signed the partnership agreement with Cresa. In July 2017, the company announced the opening of its Warsaw office. Within 3 months, Cresa Poland has achieved operational readiness.

From September 2017, Cresa operates from its brand new office in the Warsaw Financial Center with Office, Retail, Industrial, Capital Markets, Design/Project Management, Valuation, and Research & Advisory departments with 40 professionals on board.

The firm has 7 departments to offer a range of services required by clients in the Polish commercial real estate market. The department heads and staff are well known in the local real estate market and bring a broad range of experience, talent, and relationships.

During the start-up phase, Piotr Kaszyński and the team worked tirelessly to achieve operational readiness, build the client base, and win new mandates.

The firm was founded in 1993 by the formation of an alliance between four tenant representation firms.

Today, our annual revenue exceeds USD 300m. In 2016 we provided unbiased, conflict-free advice for over 4,500,000 sq m, helping over 1,912 clients in 63 industries and 675 cities.

A true pioneer in the retail real estate sector in Poland. o Artur Sutor and Bartek Włodarski (Co-Heads of the Office Department) – formerly at Knight Frank and prior to that at C&W, running the tenant representation business within the office agency department for over 15 years covering the Warsaw market. o Tom Listowski (Head of Industrial and Warehouse Department) – formerly at C&W for 6 years heading the industrial business for Poland and also working across CEE. Prior to that, head of the industrial team at CBRE for CEE. o Szymon Łukasik (Head of Retail Department) – formerly at CBRE and prior to that spent over 9 years at C&W heading up tenant representation within the retail department. o Daria Kotarska who served in C&W’s retail team for nearly 20 years. o Urszula Sobczyk and Arkadiusz Bielecki (Co-Heads of Valuation Department) who spent over 10 years at DTZ running the Valuation Department. o Jacek Zub (Head of Design & Project Management) – formerly at C&W for 6 years as a Senior Architect within the Project Management team. o Dr Bolesław Kołodziejczyk (Head of Research & Advisory) – formerly at C&W, where he spent just under 10 years in the Research and Consultancy department.

Cresa was founded in the early 1990s with the objective to exclusively represent occupiers in the commercial real estate market. Cresa Poland continues this practice by representing occupiers in the Office, Industrial, and Retail sectors. With this single-minded focus on occupier representation in these agency sectors, Cresa Poland aims to be the occupier’s advantage in the commercial real estate market. Cresa Poland hired 40 highly qualified real estate professionals whose fundamental objective is to provide a superior quality of service to our clients, we focus on relationships and research, and most importantly, strive to be the most respected firm in the business.

Cresa intends to open more offices in Central and Eastern Europe and will be working with Piotr Kaszyński in its continued expansion. Additionally, Cresa Poland’s large office department will also operate in regional cities, including Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Wrocław and the TriCity. We will eventually open offices in those cities as well to deliver services to clients in all market segments nationwide.

Piotr Kaszyński has taken Cresa, a respected global name in commercial real estate advisory, and brought it here to Poland. He launched the brand with a goal for making an impact in the industry. He placed highly-qualified individuals into leadership positions across the firm’s seven departments. The department heads and senior staff were put in place due to their track record of success, expertise, and knowledge of the Polish real estate market.
