Office of the Year

The best office building is to be chosen from among 53 properties in Poland. The list of office buildings has been put together in consultation with market experts and is given below. Selection criteria: - The building should be multi-tenant (a minimum of ten tenants) - The building should have been occupied for at least one year, since July 2016 - The building should have maintained an occupancy rate of at least 70 pct The questionnaire has been prepared taking into account factors unique to the office sector. It consists of 31 questions on the various aspects of the functioning of the office building. Tenants have rated key aspects of the offices they occupy, such as rent levels, the location and the facility management services. For the majority of the questions a scale of -5 to 5 has been used, with -5 being completely un-satisfactory and 5 meaning that the tenants are completely satisfied. Zero has been omitted due to its ambivalent nature. The project with the highest score from the questionnaire process wins the award. Offices
