Dariusz Miłek in 1993-2003 was running a business activity under the name of the trade company "MIŁEK" in Lubin, and from 1995 in Chróstnik. In 1999 he founded CCC Group, based in Polkowice and since 07.01.2002 he has been running the company as the CEO. Since 2004 has held the function of the President of the Management Board of CCC S.A.

CCC Group is one of the largest footwear retail company in Central Europe and one of the largest footwear manufacturer in Europe. Through its subsidiary eObuwie.pl, the Group is the largest ecommerce player in footwear in CEE.
Currently sales are conducted in 16 countries. CCC sales network is based on own stores in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Russia, Bulgaria and Serbia, and franchise stores in Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Ukraine. Shoes are the main product of the CCC Group. Customers visiting stores have a choice of a wide range of products for every occasion - from casual shoes to wear every day for sports shoes to the elegant leather shoes. The range of products offered to customers is sold by the Group under own labels as well as under licensed ones. In order to meet customers’ expectations company has expanded its operations and enabled customers to shop online through regional domains of eobuwie.pl in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Slovenia, Lithuania and Greece. CCC sales reach nearly 40 million pairs of shoes, enough to provide a pair of shoes to every single person living in Poland.

CCC has entered the local ecommerce market after acquiring Eobuwie.pl which is Poland’s biggest online shoe store. Now eobuwie operates in 10 countries: Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Greece and Poland. Eobuwie is designed for customers who want high-quality branded shoes at affordable prices. Company has been selling shoes for over ten years. They sell branded shoes of over >450 leading international and Polish footwear brands. The brand include i.a. Tommy Hilfiger, Geox, Guess, Clarks, Ecco, Calvin Klein, New Balance, Crocs, Adidas, Pepe Jeans, Nike, Armani Jeans, Converse and many more.

Development of the company, the increase demand for its products and increasing distribution performance requirements have resulted in the largest investment in the history of the Company - the Logistics Centre, located in the Legnica Special Economic Zone (LSEZ) in Polkowice. Currently the Logistics Center is a modern complex of large-format buildings of a total area of 82.3 thousand m². The most important object of the Logistics Centre is fully automated mini-load high bay warehouse, with a total area of 23 064 m², which is able to accommodate a minimum of 5 million pairs of shoes, which means more than 500,000 cartons of different dimensions.

Jana Wejcherta/ in the category of Success. One year later President Dariusz Miłek was awarded European CEO Awards 2017 as Best CEO in the Sustainable Apparel Industry.

Since 2016, after the completion of the development, the Logistics Center has a distribution capacity of approx. 1.1 million pairs of shoes within two working shifts. The assortment to be sent is available in the sales network in Poland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia next working day. Continued process of mechanization provides support for future development and is essential to optimize logistics processes.
Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market
CCC is one of the biggest tenants in the commercial floorspace in the CEE region, constantly expanding at high dynamics. During the last five years the total floorspace of CCC stores across the region has grown from 150k sqm in two countries in 2011 to 460k sqm in sixteen countries in 2016. Number of CCC commercial units in Poland almost twice exceeds the number of stores of the largest competitor. Apart from geographical expansion the CCC Group constantly works on improving the customer’s experience, upgrading store concept and visual merchandising, in order to become a real anchor for every commercial investment in the region, generating the leading volume of traffic in footwear retail.
