Our unique capabilities allow us to provide wide range of building consultancy in different market sectors. As a consultants we obtained 1st two BREEAM Refurbishment&Fit-Outs 2015 certificates in Poland and carried out 1st certification under BREEAM International 2016 Residential scheme. We provided a design services and obtained a building permit for the biggest WtE power plant in Poland including all industrial facilities (we deigned new and updated the existing one). We supervised construction, coordinated tenants and obtained a BREEAM certification for Bałtyk Office in Poznań. For Echo Investment we provided a construction supervision and technical assistance over construction of „A4 Business Park” in Katowice (Stage III). For Segro we coordinated a construction of the warehouse. We supervised development of Military Hospital in Wrocław (project was executed in urban conservation area).

Sweco Consulting has a unique capabilities, rare on the Polish market, which allow to offer a wide range of building consultancy services for different projects in different market sectors. Only Between October 2016 and September 2017 we had 247 open project related with real estate. We obtained: 1st two BREEAM Refurbishment&Fit-Outs 2015 certificates in Poland; 1st BREEAM In-Use 2015 certification for hotel; 42% of all New Construction certificates in Poland; 54% of all In-Use BREEAM certificates in Poland; We carried out 1st certification under BREEAM International 2016 Residential scheme in Poland. We designed one of the first WtE power Plant in Poland in Białystok and the biggest in Warsaw. For the biggest WtE Power Plant facility in Poland, we not only delivered a design documentation of the buildings, installations and infrastructure but also merged the facility into the Mazovian landscape with green roofs, beehives on roofs, educational path with amphitheater and viewing platform on the chimney. Using facade materials, such as concrete, glass, semi-transparent panels, facade blinds and illuminations, the facility, despite its size and multitude functions, is coherent and homogeneous. As a Contract Engineers we provided a construction supervision and technical support for many different projects like: Raczyński Library, New Airport Terminal in Rzeszów, Scandinavian House in Warsaw, Powiśle Park in Warsaw, Bałtyk Office, A4 Business Park, Research and Development Center for Unilever, International Cultural Center in Kliece, International Conference Center in Katowice, University in Białystok, Science and Technology Park in Tarnobrzeg, Słupsk and Białystok, Railway station in Gliwice, Warszawa Wschodnia, Ełk and Wałbrzych - Miasto, Warehouses and Industrial facilities for Segro, Hospital in Wroclaw and Szczecin, and many more… We establish long-lasting cooperation with many clients, like: Segro, for which we supervise the construction of warehouses in Gliwice, Ożarów, Nadażyn and Stryków; Echo Invest, for which we provide a supervision over construction of A4 Business Park” in Katowice stages I, II and III and obtained BREEAM certifications for over 30 buildings including Browary Warszawskie; Ghelamco over 20 projects, including Warsaw Spire, for which we obtained a BREEAM certification with excellent rate; HB Reavis, 10 buildings, including VARSO TOWER; BUMA group, 16 projects.
