New Office of the Year, Poland
ARGON is one of the largest freestanding office building in northern Poland. Each one of its 11 floors (office space) offers nearly 3,000 sq m. of ultra-modern space. The building is ‘H’-shaped, allowing for the most optimal use of space and maximising natural light. ARGON was designed to provide optimal work space, taking into account temperature, humidity, maximum sunlight and reduced noise. The availability of services and retail space in the building contributes to enhancing the quality of work achieved by employees and their satisfaction in the workplace. The distinguishing feature of Alchemia III (and, in the nearby future, Alchemia IV) will be a beautiful pedestrian throughway with vegetation and minor landscaping, connecting the train station tunnel to the main road. For all Alchemia tenants, a LEED Platinum grade guarantees high comfort and much lower maintenance costs of leased office space.
