We combine expert knowledge with industry practice and extensive transactional and project experience as well as we are able to provide services at every stage of RE project life cycle. Our activity focuses not only on the commercial real estate sector, but also extends to construction and residential, including residential for lease projects.

We were responsible for entry of large foreign investment funds onto the Polish market: BOUWFONDS, CATELLA AG, HANSA INVEST, UNION INVESTMENT and many others.

We also have already won in several cases before the Administrative Court as well as Supreme Administrative Court in the issue of exemption from CIT for investment funds in Poland for years 2007-2011 and 2011-2016 (Commerz Real, CSAM, Union Investment and Deka). As a result, in the first half of 2017 we have helped our clients to gain refunds of over PLN 26 Mio
