The Eurobuild Awards is now a fixture on the calendar of events on the real estate market in Poland and the CEE region. For many of you it has become an event that you must participate in. Therefore, so that everyone can be as well prepared as possible and plan their participation in this year’s seventh ceremony, we are now providing you with important information about the project.

As with previous Awards, we will again have four main categories:

The Tenants’ Awards – the winners are chosen in a survey of tenants of selected buildings across Poland. The tenants rate the various aspects of their building and thus choose the winners.
The Jury Awards – individual juries made up of leading market professionals choose the winning project or company in each category.
The Popular Choice Awards – the winners are selected in two steps. In the first stage the jury members choose the top three projects, before the gala audience eventually selects the winners.
The Lifetime Achievement Award, decided by ‘Eurobuild CEE’ magazine.

This year’s voting will not much differ from the previous ones. We have simply made a few improvements to the jury and the popular choice awards categories and have continued to strengthen the entry criteria to ensure the judging process is as transparent as possible. Minor changes have been made to the category list.

After a year’s break we are bringing back a category for the hotel market. The other categories remain virtually unchanged, but we reserve the right to make minor adjustments over the course of the year.

The gala dinner will once again will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Warsaw. In the opinion of most of the people who attended last time, the hotel added a new level of quality to the event.

We will soon provide you with further details about subsequent stages of the Eurobuild Awards 2016, so please keep an eye out for our announcements.
