The Eurobuild Awards is a unique and prestigious event devised to honour the achievements of the commercial real estate sector. It recognises those who have led the way in the development of the property market in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
September sees the beginning of the nomination process for the Eurobuild Awards. Receiving a nomination is the first step towards being honoured by the entire sector. The only way to nominate a company or project for the event is via the www.eurobuildawards.com website, where registration forms for each individual category can be found.
The competition categories include all the key areas of business operations and the types of development projects completed. Before registering, please read the criteria and category descriptions to make sure that the company meets the basic criteria for consideration. The registration deadline is October 23rd.
All the nominations will be published on the website at the same time, i.e. at the end of October. After the nomination stage closes, each of the candidates will be scrutinised by the jury. The Eurobuild Awards are decided by a large group of jurors, consisting of relevant experts and representatives of the most influential real estate companies. The voting will, as usual, take place electronically using a special voting module. We will announce the final shortlists of the top three nominations and the eventual winners in each category during the Awards Gala, which will take place on December 3rd at the Double Tree by Hilton Warsaw hotel.
