Is this a sign of the times? Due to the rather low number of applications we have decided to withdraw two categoriesfrom this year’s Eurobuild Awards: Retail Developer of the Year, CEE and New Shopping Centre of the Year, CEE. During these unusual times for the commercial real estate market, we continue to care very much about maintaining the high quality of the competition, so that we have a reliable selection of the appropriate number of companies and investments that stood out in each sector and region last year. Since the expected scale of submissions in these two spheres has not been achieved, we have decided to cancel these categories. We hope that you can understand this decision.

Moreover, we would like to inform you that the jurors registered for the cancelled categories have been transferred to the project evaluation jury for the New Small Retail Format of the Year, Poland category.

We sincerely hope that the years ahead will be much happier for the retail sector, which we will be keeping our fingers crossed for.
