Since 2014, it has been investing in key real estate asset classes for private and institutional investors across Europe. It currently operates 60 projects in five countries, with a total area of 480,000 sqm and 1,2 B € AUM. In terms of real estate development, ZEITGEIST focuses on three areas: Living, Working and Revitalizing.
