Despite the overall slowdown in real estate transactions in Poland, our team remains highly active and engaged across key market segments. We are seeing growing investor interest in data centres - a niche in which we are proud to be among the few law firms in Poland with established, hands-on expertise.
Our team primarily specialises in transactional work, including M&A, joint ventures and forward purchases, with a strong focus on advising institutional investors and developers, particularly those active in the logistics and commercial real estate sectors.
Recently, we promoted three team members - two to Counsel and one to Senior Associate - demonstrating both the depth of our talent and our commitment to long-term growth and development. Our excellence in real estate is reflected in enduring client relationships, with our role often evolving from legal counsel to trusted strategic advisor, supporting major development projects as well as asset management strategies.

Team description including the major achievements
The team is led by Tomasz Stasiak, a highly experienced Partner with nearly 30 years in the market and supported by Partner Grzegorz Skowroński. It also includes Counsels Iwona Huryn, Marcin Żak and Bartosz Kopik; Senior Associates Michał Zajączkowski and Bartłomiej Zatoński; and three additional Associates. Over the past 12 months, the team has expanded its services - traditionally focused on retail and industrial projects - to include the office and PRS/residential sectors. Its long-term goal is to further strengthen its position as a leading adviser in the real estate and construction sector, while entering emerging areas such as data centres and BESS. A recent highlight was advising Stage Capital on the sale of the Galeria Nad Jeziorem shopping centre in Konin, a transaction that drew wide media attention and underscored both the resilience of the Polish retail market and continued investor confidence.
