The most significant transaction was the acquisition of Noli Gdansk Old Town - a revitalized complex within the historic Red Barracks, developed in partnership with Moderna Holding. It is the most sustainable PRS project in Poland, certified BREEAM, and equipped with geothermal heating, photovoltaic panels, and an advanced BMS system - a true symbol of next-generation, responsible co-living.
Future plans
Urban Partners plans further PRS and co-living growth in Poland with new projects in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław, and Kraków. The company will expand Lett and Noli Studios while embedding ESG standards: low-carbon materials, renewable energy, BMS, and community spaces. The goal is to combine top-quality rental services with a reduced carbon footprint and thriving, modern urban communities.
