Its BEMS system continuously optimizes energy use, while vacuum drainage cuts water consumption up to 75%. InBin software help to manage waste and CO₂ output. Signal OS enables seamless touchless navigation, booking rooms and parking lots, and energy control. Tenants benefit from 164 bike spaces, EV chargers, antipandemic solutions (UV lamps), and barrier-free access.
