        Significant transactions from the last year include: 
European Logistics Investment:  advised on a EUR 59 million sale of two Class A multi-let logistics warehouses in Bedzieszyn (in the Pruszcz Gdanski municipality near Gdansk).
Griffin Capital Partners: advised LifeSpot, a long-term housing rental platform in Poland managed by Griffin Capital Partners, on a PLN 59 million forward-funded acquisition of a development plot located at ul. Ostrobramska in Warsaw from a company from the Cavatina capital group.
AFI Project 10: advised a subsidiary of AFI Europe, on a PLN 50.5 million purchase of a 5,500 sqm development site located at ul. Kolejowa in Wroclaw, from Develia S.A. 
Globe Trade Centre: advised Globe Trade Centre S.A. on a multi-stage  EUR 55 million sale of a six-hectare building plot in the Wilanow district of Warsaw to Robyg S.A.
Echo Investment: advised in connection with the sale of a 30% stake in the Office House building to AFI Europe for EUR 160.5 million.
