On August 28th, 2025, Redkom Development opened Przystanek Karkonosze, the largest retail park in the region (15,400 m² of GLA) in Miłków, just outside Karpacz. Coffee Park, KiK, Apart, Douglas, and more. It is pursuing BREEAM Very Good certification, reflecting Redkom Development’s commitment to sustainable construction.
