• Representing Griffin Real Estate on a landmark, recently opened commercial and cultural spot on the Warsaw map ‒ Hala Koszyki. Our team handled all real estate, construction and finance matters relating to the development and revitalization of the project. • Advised Union Investment on the acquisition of a plot of land in Warsaw designated for the construction of the Holiday Inn Warsaw City Center.
