Robert Dobrzycki oversees the operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He set up Panattoni Europe’s headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005 and in 2014 was appointed CEO for Europe. In 15 years under Robert’s management the company has developed over 10 million sqm of warehouse space in Europe. Robert began his career with Menard Doswell & Co., an industrial real estate development company, has over 17years of RE experience.

Panattoni is the largest industrial developer in Europe and stays in this position. Within the last 12 months new operations were set up in the Netherlands and Spain, where the local teams have already embarked on several industrial projects. Since the beginning of 2020 the company has registered record number of leasing deals, accounting for more then 1.5 million sqm in Poland alone. In June Panattoni Park Cheb South project has achieved an Outstanding BREEAM rating for the Real Digital center, the most environmentally friendly industrial building in the world, according to the latest BREEAM 2016 New Construction Standards. Alle ne developments in the Panattoni portfolio receive Breeam Very goor ratng as of the beginning of 2020. In May 2020, the fourth year in a row when Panattoni ranks first among the Top Logistics Developers by PropertyEU magazine. Between 2017-2019, the company delivered 6.31 million square meters of industrial floor space.
