With over 25 years' market experience, Tomasz Olszewski specializes in professional tenant representation, land acquisition and investment consulting services. He has been leading the JLL Industrial Team since 2010. Tomasz has participated in lease transactions exceeding 1 million sqm, on behalf of Castorama, H&M, P&G, Unilever, Zalando, and many more, along with investment land deals for over 560 ha. He also designed and implemented JLL's industrial marketing tool – warehousefinder.pl.

The largest deals concluded with JLL advisory include spectacular transactions signed by: a confidential tenant (50,000 sqm, Prologis Park Stryków), a confidential tenant (40,000 sqm, Hillwood Wrocław Wschód II), Orbico (24,000 sqm, Panattoni Park Teresin), a confidential tenant (23,500 sqm, Panattoni Park Mszczonów), a confidential tenant (20,800 sqm, Panattoni Park Konotopa III), a confidential tenant (18,000 sqm, BTS project by Panattoni), a confidential tenant (12,000 sqm, GLP Pomorskie Centrum Logistyczne), Spreadshirt (11,000 sqm, Panattoni Park Legnica), a confidential tenant (9,600 sqm, GLP Łodź Logistics Centre) and DSV (8,000 sqm, BTS project by Panattoni). Another deals include 20 ha plot located on Brzezińska Street – JLL advised 7R on choosing the location for the new investment.
