Among the biggest projects financed by our Bank during the last year were P14 office and development of Forest office complex - both by HB Reavis, multi-functional project Monopolis developed by Virako, acquisition of next two building of Silesia Business Park by ISOC, expansion of Adventum Group in Poland through acquisition of Katowice Business Point, new warehouse projects developed by Panattoni (with wide range of investors) and 7R, PBSA projects (including BaseCamp in Łódź) and other projects mainly in office, warehouse, residential and PBSA segments.
