Piotr Karpiński, MRICS, Senior Director, Head of Property Management

Piotr Karpiński took over the responsibility of leading the Property Management Department in 2016. He is responsible for Department strategy and business development. He also plays the role of Client Relationship Manager for major clients of the managed portfolio and supervises Property Management service delivery. His intensive work has led to the takeover of the hotel portfolio and thus the opening of the fourth business line in Property Management Department.

We have expanded our portfolio by 4 new retail instructions and 6 logistics parks and considerably extended our office portfolio through taking over 8 buildings, incl. Q22, 53,800 sqm GLA – one of the most prestigious asset in Poland. We have stabilized our position on commercial real estate market and extend cooperation with current Clients. Our portfolio consists of more than 115 instructions exceeding 3,076,570 sqm GLA. Our Team grows effectively. During last year we have implemented few new solutions and innovative programs, i.e. Premier Properties Program, community management, Pulse.
